It’s a beautiful holiday villa located in Capilungo, southern Salento, at 800 metres away from the beautiful Jonic Coast.
This villa offers a big private swimming pool and it is surrounded by a fantastic garden, full of flowers and big olive trees.
The holiday house has been recently restructured: the garden and the outodoor areas are well maintained and they has two shaded and furnished patios with tables, chairs and comfortable armchairs.
All the 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The nearby beach of Capilungo is characterized by a low cliff bathing. The low water level allows children to bathe safely. In the water there are patches of sand that give the sea a turquoise color.
The first sandy beaches are in Mancaversa a couple of minutes by car.
At just 5 minutes by car from the villa, there is the nature reserve of Punta Pizzo, with its caribbean sand, where the Gallipoili bay starts.
After the reserve, there is also a beach called “Green Bay”, with sunbeds, bars and beach volley fields.
